Memorial Scholarship
The IEEE Alaska Section offers memorial scholarships each year to one student from the University of Alaska Fairbanks (the Robert P. Merritt Scholarship) and to one student from the University of Alaska Anchorage (the Harold D. Smith Scholarship). These scholarships are in the amount of $1000.
The 2010 winner of the Robert P. Merritt Scholarship is Lisa Anders.
The 2010 winner of the Harold D. Smith Scholarship is Andrew Cochrane.
